4. Are specialty services included in regular cleaning? Specialty services such as window cleaning, stove or refrigerator cleanouts, and closet organization are available as add‑ons for an additional fee.

 

5. Do I need to be home during the cleaning? Not necessarily. Many clients provide access instructions, and we’ll secure the property when finished. You’re welcome to be present if you prefer.

 

 

6. How do you ensure quality and consistency? We follow detailed checklists, perform final inspections, and welcome client feedback to guarantee every service meets our Diamond Girls standard.

8. What if I need to reschedule or cancel? We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is easy, and we’ll work with you to find a convenient time.

10. Do I need to supply cleaning supplies? We come fully prepared with all the essential cleaning supplies. However, if you have specialty cleaners or prefer us to use your own mops and vacuum, we're happy accommodate your preferences. Just let us know where you store  the in advance, and we'll take care of the rest!

11. Do you move furniture? No, we do not move heavy furniture but feel free to pull out furniture for us to vacuum,sweep or mop under.
